Bloch Bros Tobacco Ghost Sign
Bloch Bros Tobacco ghost sign, located at 503 Albany Street, Little Falls, Herkimer County, New York. The Bloch Brothers Tobacco Company of Wheeling, West Virginia was a tobacco company best known for their Mail Pouch chewing tobacco. The lady who owns the flower shop nearby was gracious to let me take this photo from her backyard.

    There are very few of those “ghost sign’s” around here. Most of them have gone into History. What there is is of Garment Factory’s.

    I think they’re cool, and unfortunately old signs are taken down or removed all the time

    Lots of detail on that sign. People always look at me strange when I take pictures of Ghost Signs.
